Getting here & parking
Whether you’re a longtime patron or a new attendee, you may have questions while attending. Find answers at the Got Questions? kiosk, located to your right as you approach the Pavilion.
The Sun Valley Pavilion opens at 5:30 PM, one hour before each performance. Patrons may line up for seats before that on the East Terrace (see #4 below). If you are running late, please check with an usher to be seated during a break in the performance.
The Main Entrance is where you’ll want to enter if you have reserved donor seats. If you are a donor at the Stradivarius level and up, please join the pre-concert cocktail party on the South Terrace (see #5 below).

The East Entrance is where the line forms for Pavilion seats.
On the South Terrace, the Festival hosts cocktails before the performance for donors at the Stradivarius+ levels.
Space on the Pavilion lawn is available without a reservation and accessible all day (except for the Gala). Many patrons lay blankets (no tarps please, as they damage the grass) out early to reserve a spot.
Lawn patrons in wheelchairs may use the dedicated space by the Paver Bar and along the row of houses near the Welcome Center and Store.
Free parking is located at the Pavilion lot across Dollar Road.
Transport to and from the Pavilion and parking at Dollar Lodge, located a couple of blocks to the east at 82 Elkhorn Rd., is available beginning 45 minutes before the concert and ending approximately 45 minutes after.
The Welcome Center and Store is your one-stop resource to best enjoy the concerts. Ask questions, find useful picnicking items and Festival swag, and check the lost and found. Open during rehearsals and from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on performance days (closed during performances).
Pre-Concert Chats are held 45 minutes before most Pavilion concerts, next to the Paver Bar on the lawn. These 30-minute chats offer insightful, entertaining introductions to the concerts before most summer performances.
The Blue Route from Warm Springs and Elkhorn Springs stops at the Pavilion Lot. The Red Route from Elkhorn and the Valley Route from Bellevue and Hailey stop at Dollar Circle.
The Argyros Performing Arts Center is located at 120 Main Street South in Ketchum, across from the Limelight Hotel. However, please note that reservations for Sun Valley Music Festival performances are available through the Festival website, and not through the Argyros Box Office.
Parking is available on the streets around the Argyros and in the Ketchum Public Parking Lot at 100 Washington Avenue.
The Valley Route provides service from the southern end of the Wood River Valley, north through the Sun Valley Village. Convenient stops in Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, and Sun Valley are available throughout, as well as transfer points to routes that service the Warm Springs and Elkhorn areas. A northbound bus stop is located next to the Argyros, in front of the Best Western Kentwood Lodge Hotel, and a southbound stop is across the street at the Limelight Hotel.
