Become a Housing Host

Over 100 households valley-wide open their homes to Festival musicians, providing warm hospitality in a comfortable setting. Lasting friendships often evolve as Hosts and Musicians share hikes, discussions about music, a round of golf, and so much more. Your hospitality helps keep the Sun Valley Music Festival free of charge.

Support the Festival's mission as a volunteer

Dedicated volunteers are integral members of the Sun Valley Music Festival team. Your expertise and time enable the organization to keep concerts and education opportunities free to anyone who wants to listen, learn, and play.

Specific volunteer opportunities and how to get started are listed below.

Administrative volunteer

Administrative volunteers support the Festival with mailing projects and light office work. Contact Sabrina DeBree, Office Manager, at sabrina@svmusicfestival.org or 208.622.5607 to learn more about administrative opportunities.

Education volunteer

Summer Season usher or Festival Welcome Center and Store volunteer

Summer volunteers help at the Festival Welcome Center and Store, distribute program books at the concerts, greet attendees, and assist with seating at the Pavilion. Contact the Sun Valley Music Festival at info@svmusicfestival.org or call 208.622.5607.
