Aaron Schuman

Aaron Schuman was appointed Associate Principal trumpet with the San Francisco Symphony in 2018. Mr. Schuman has performed in orchestras across the country including San Francisco Symphony, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, Houston Grand Opera, Civic Orchestra of Chicago, and the Aspen Chamber Symphony. A native of Buffalo, New York, Aaron is a graduate of Northwestern University, attended Rice University and was a Tanglewood Fellow for two years. He has studied under Charles Geyer, Barbara Butler, Robert Sullivan and Alex Jokipii.
