Rudolph Kremer

Rudolph Kremer has been a member of the first violin section of the Sun Valley Music Festival since 1997 and is Head of Upper Strings for the Festival’s Music Institute. He has a Masters Degree in Violin performance from Western Illinois University where he studied with Roland and Almita Vamos. His professional orchestral experience began with the San Francisco Symphony in 1995 and he performs frequently with the Chicago Symphony, the Minnesota Orchestra, and the Pittsburgh Symphony. Internationally, he has performed with the San Francisco Opera Orchestra, the Florida orchestra, the Metropolitan Chamber orchestra of Lisbon, the International Orchestra of Italy, the Malaysian Philharmonic, and the Saigon Philharmonic. He is also a regular visiting artist and professor at the Saigon conservatory and the Auftdart Academy in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
